• Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to improve equipment effectiveness, reduce downtime, and lift plant performance.

• Run root cause analysis of breakdowns with cross-functional teams and develop corrective actions.
• Audit compliance with TPM standards, ISO 9001:2015, and industry best practices.
• Train and coach teams on TPM, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing.

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
• 8-12 years in a similar role in iron & steel or heavy manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of LCM, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Lean Management and implementation, and TQM.
• Proven record of TPM programs that raised productivity and cut costs.

• Plan and schedule mining operations to meet production targets safely, efficiently, and to quality.
• Build geological models in Surpac to optimise mine planning.
• Develop reserve estimates, mine designs, and feasibility studies with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with mining statutory norms and regulations.
• Analyse drilling and sampling data to identify trends and improvements.

• 4-9 years in mine planning or a related field (geology, exploration).
• B.Sc in Geology or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Proficient in GIS (ArcGIS), SURPAC, and geology modelling tools; blasting knowledge an asset.

• Analyse raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using wet analysis, visible spectrophotometry, XRF, and NABL methods.
• Test and inspect ferro alloys, chrome, limestone, fluxes, binders, and other materials to quality standards.
• Develop sampling plans for laboratory testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product development and process optimisation.
• Maintain accurate test records, reports, and data analysis.

• 4-7 years in a similar role in the iron & steel industry.
• B.Sc in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of chemistry applied to metallurgy; familiarity with NABL lab tools an advantage.

• Monitor and operate submerged arc furnaces (SAF) to produce high-quality ferro alloys.
• Perform routine SAF maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Monitor DCS parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with other operators.
• Maintain accurate records of production, QC tests, and maintenance schedules.

• 2-6 years in control room operations or a related field.
• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CCR operation principles and practices.
• Proficient in DCS operation and maintenance.

• Manage payroll processing — salary preparation, attendance maintenance, leave management, and time keeping.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages through the SAP HCM system.
• Maintain compliance with labour laws and regulations related to payroll administration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the smooth execution of payroll operations.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in payroll processes.

• 2-7 years of experience in payroll execution or a similar role.
• MBA/PGDM (HR / Industrial Relations) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP HCM module for Attendance Management, Leave Management, Time Office Management, Time Management, Salary Preparation & Payroll Processing.
